Log file retrieval via the control panel should work properly. Please contact customer service if you are still having difficulty retrieving your log files.

Notice:

Front Page 2000 extensions have been installed on all of our web servers. Front Page 2000 extensions will have no compatibility issues with your use of Front Page 98 on your computer.

You will continue to operate with Front Page 98 extensions until you reinstall the extensions via your control panel. If you choose to do so, go to Control Panel > Settings > Account Info and click on 'reinstall'. Click on 'Account update' at the bottom of the Account Info page to complete the reinstallation. As always, it is recommended that you maintain an up-to-date backup copy of your files on your hard drive.
